摘  要:采用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)改性氢氧化铝(ATH),制备了(DOPO-ATH)阻燃剂,并用以阻燃环氧树脂(EP)。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重分析(TGA)、对DOPO-ATH进行了结构表征和热分析。通过锥形量热测试(CCT)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重红外联用(TG-FTIR)等手段对EP/DOPO-ATH复合材料的阻燃性能及残炭结构进行研究。结果表明,DOPO-ATH的残炭率(700℃)高达68%,具有较好的成炭能力。与纯EP相比,7%DOPO-ATH使EP的热释放速率峰值(pHRR)下降到689.5kW/m^2,相比纯EP的pHRR(1079.2kW/m^2)下降了36%。随DOPO-ATH含量的增加,EP/DOPO-ATH的残炭率逐渐增加,EP/DOPO-ATH燃烧炭层致密,炭层中以含磷和铝的化合物为主,形成了良好的凝聚相阻燃机理,同时DOPO-ATH在气态阶段磷的释放对EP固化物的火焰抑制作用,实现气相阻燃机理。A flame retardant compound DOPO-ATH was prepared by using 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide( DOPO) modified aluminum hydroxide( ATH) as a flame retardant.Flame-retardant epoxy resin( EP) composites combined DOPO-ATH were prepared. Structural characterization and thermal analysis of DOPO-ATH by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis( TGA). The flame-retardant properties and residual carbon structure of EP/DOPO-ATH composites were studied by cone calorimetry test( CCT),scanning electron microscopy( SEM)and thermogravimetric( TG) analysis coupled with infrared spectroscopy( TG-FTIR). The results show that the residual char rate of DOPO-ATH at 700 ℃ is as high as 68%, and it has a good char composition.Compared with pure EP,the peak heat release rate( p HRR) of EP decreases to 689. 5 k W/m^2 when adding 7% DOPO-ATH. The value of p HRR drops by 36% from pure EP( 1 079. 2 kW/m^2). With the increase of DOPO-ATH content,the residual char rate of EP/DOPO-ATH increases gradually,and the EP/DOPO-ATH combustion charcoal layer is dense. The carbon layer mainly contains phosphorus and aluminum compounds,which forms a good condensed phase resistance. Moreover,the phosphorus release of DOPO-ATH inhibits the flame of EP composite in the gaseous phase,which shows that DOPO-ATH exists gas-phase flame retardant mechanism.
