摘 要:系统研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)干混料在HAKEE转矩流变仪中的塑化过程,并从能量损耗的角度探讨了不同投料量、转速以及温度对PVC干混料的塑化特征的影响。结果表明,不同投料量、转速、温度下,PVC干混料的扭矩-时间曲线形态基本一致;但随投料量和转速增加,塑化时间缩短,能耗增加;外加温度的增加可使塑化时间和机械能耗同时减小。2 phr新型加工助剂JZ-W的引入,使干混料的塑化时间缩短约20%,而能耗仅增加6%。In this paper,the plasticzing properties of polyvinyl chloride( PVC) was studied through the HAKEE rheometer, and the influence of feeding amount, rotor speed and temperature was discussed especially from the point of energy consumption. The results show that shapes of the torque rheological curves are almost the same when feeding amount,rotor speed as well as temperature are changed. However, as feeding amount and rotor speed increasing,plasticizing time is shortened and energy consumption increases.The rise of temperature has certain promotion effect on the decrease of the plasticizing time and energy consumption simultaneously. When adding 2 phr of a novel additive JZ-W into PVC,the plasticizing time is reduced by about 20%,but energy consumption increases only by 6%.
