摘 要:聚芳硫醚砜(PASS)可以通过相转化法制备成分离膜,氧化后得到的O-PASS膜具有了更加优异的耐溶剂性,进一步多巴胺改性后得到DO-PASS膜,将其应用于油-水乳液分离中。多巴胺改性后DO-PASS膜表面涂覆上了一层聚多巴胺层,由于聚多巴胺具有大量亲水基团,在多巴胺改性后PASS膜的亲水性得到了改善。选用较强溶解能力的二氯甲烷制备了油-水乳液,并且在油-水乳液分离实验中发现,DO-PASS膜的油截留率达到80%以上。相比于其他膜材料,O-PASS能够耐受二氯甲烷的侵蚀,这些都说明了DO-PASS膜在分离具有较强溶解能力的油-水乳液中有着极为重要的发展前景。Polyarylene sulfide sulfone( PASS) can be manufactured into membrane by phase inversion method. The O-PASS membrane obtained by oxidation possessed more excellent solvent resistance. After further dopamine modification,the DO-PASS membrane was applied in the separation of oil/water emulsions.After dopamine modification the DO-PASS membrane surface was coated with a polydopamine coating,and its hydrophilicity was improved due to the existence of a large number of hydrophilic groups. Oil/water emulsion was prepared using a relatively strong dissolving capacity of the methylene chloride. In the oil-water emulsion separation experiment,the oil rejection rates of the DO-PASS membranes were all over 80%. Compared to other membrane materials,O-PASS is resistant to the erosion of methylene chloride. All of these indicate that DO-PASS membrane possesses a very important development prospect in the separation of oil/water emulsions with solvent of strong dissolving capacity.
