维持性血液透析患者瘀血舌与RDW、CRP、HCY相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的：观察维持性血液透析患者瘀血舌与血红细胞分布宽度（RDW）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、同型半胱氨酸（HCY）相关性。方法：选择维持性血液透析患者50例,依据舌象分为瘀血舌组和非瘀血舌组,测定血清血红细胞分布宽度、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸。结果：瘀血舌组血红细胞分布宽度、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸大于非瘀血舌象组,有统计学差异。通过Logistic逐步回归分析,瘀血舌与血清血红细胞分布宽度、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸呈正相关。结论：维持性血液透析患者瘀血舌与血清血红细胞分布宽度、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平呈正相关关系,瘀血舌可能预示血清血红细胞分布宽度、C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平升高,预测未来心脑血管事件发生的风险较大。Objective：To observe the correlation of blood stasis tongue and red cell distribution width（ RDW）,C-reactive protein（ CRP） and homocysteine（ HCY） in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods：Fifty cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into blood stasis tongue group and non-blood stasis tongue group and we determinated RDW,CRP and HCY. Results：RDW,CRP and HCY of the blood stasis tongue group was statistically more than that of the group of non-blood stasis tongue. By Logistic regression analysis,the blood stasis tongue was positively correlated with RDW,CRP and HCY. Conclusion：The blood stasis tongue of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and RDW,CRP and HCY levels are positively correlated.The blood stasis tongue may indicate RDW,CRP and HCY levels to predict the future risk of cardiovascular events.
