摘　　要：慢性肾衰竭为临床常见疾病,治疗上颇为棘手,中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭有一定的优势。李伟教授从事肾脏疾病临床和基础研究近30年,认为慢性肾衰竭乃本虚标实,以脾肾亏虚为本,随着病情进展,水湿、浊毒、瘀血等多种病邪产物丛生,形成慢性肾衰竭＂虚、毒、瘀＂的基本病机。治疗上以益肾活血清泄为大法,采用保肾健脾以固本求源、泄浊解毒以疏导三焦、化瘀通络以通为要及复感外邪当祛邪等治疗方法,辨证施治,并常使用药对,处方精妙,临床常获良效。Traditional Chinese medicine has some advantages in treatment of chronic renal failure（ CRF）. Professor LI Wei considers that CRF is based on spleen-kidney deficiency and with the progression of disease,damp,turbid,blood stasis and other pathological substance gradually appear,and then form the basic pathogenesis of ＂deficiency,toxin and blood stasis＂. The treatment principles of CRF are invigorating kidney,promoting circulation and relieving turbidity,such as invigorating kidney and strengthening spleen,relieving turbidity and detoxicating,resolving blood stasis and dredging collaterals and driving out external evils. Professor LI often uses herbal pairs which often get good clinical effect.
