摘　　要：介绍成都中医药大学博士生导师、二级教授邓中甲运用调固结合法治疗习惯性流产的经验。邓师认为滑胎病机复杂,治疗上应侧重调肝固肾,调固气血,通补兼施。故应以调固结合法为原则,随证加减。注意邪正、虚实之间的力量对比,把握＂调＂＂固＂之度,用药力求准确,是提高疗效、减少复发的关键。This paper introduces that professor DENG Zhongjia who works at Chengdu University of TCM using the method of regulating and fixing to treat habitual abortion. The abortion pathogenesis is complex and we should focus on regulating the liver and kidney and fixing Yin and Yang. It should be based on adjusting and fixing and pay attention to the balance of vital Qi and evils,grasping the degree of method to obtain accurate curative effect and reduce the recurrence.
