摘　　要：既往对男科病的论治多以脾肾亏虚、湿热下注等方面居多,谢建兴教授提出以＂气郁＂为主的诸郁致病的观点,治疗上以疏解诸郁为原则,并针对病因,进行综合的生活干预措施,治养结合,从而达到事半功倍的目的。Andriatric diseases were treated from spleen-kidney deficiency,downpour of damp-heat and so on before. Professor XIE Jianxing pointed out that all depression,especially qi depression,is a major factor. So the treatment must follow the principle of treating depression,and includes the comprehensive intervention measures of life according to the pathogeny. As a result,patients can be simultaneously recovered sooner than the one with treatment only.
