中医药诱导缺血性脑损伤后海马神经干细胞增殖分化的研究进展

摘　　要：海马神经组织的干细胞具有多分化的潜能,通过采取干预措施调控相关通路可促使其分化、增殖、迁移形成神经元和神经胶质细胞,并且新生成的神经元可替代受损的神经细胞,修复神经损伤。缺血性脑损伤后神经元、胶质细胞、血管内皮细胞等组织结构会遭受损伤与破坏,因此通过激活海马神经干细胞促进其增殖、分化修复受损的神经组织成为治疗缺血性脑损伤的重要手段和方法。目前在中医药对缺血损伤后神经组织特别是神经元的修复和再生等方面进行了大量的实验研究,并在中医药诱导海马神经干细胞增殖分化,修复缺血损伤神经元的研究中取得了一定的成果。Hippocampal nerve tissue stem cells have multiple differentiation potential,through intervention regulation related pathways which can induce the differentiation,proliferation and migration to form neurons and glial cells,and newly generated neurons could replace the damaged nerve cells and repair the nerve damage. After ischemic brain injury,neurons,glial cells and vascular endothelial cell structure will be damaged and destroyed,and so through the activation of hippocampal neural stem cells promoting the proliferation and differentiation of nerve tissue injury repair treatment becomes an important means and methods of ischemic brain injury. At present,a large number of experiments have been carried out on the repair and regeneration of neural tissues,especially neurons,after the ischemia injury in Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine has made certain achievements in promoting the proliferation and differentiation of hippocampal neural stem cells and repairing the neurons damaged by ischemia.
