预冲式冲洗器运用于三向瓣膜式PICC导管堵管的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察预冲式冲洗器运用于三向瓣膜式PICC导管堵管的效果观察。方法将本科(肿瘤科)2017年1月至2017年5月300名经PICC导管输液的患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组150名患者,选用生理盐水冲管再用肝素稀释液封管,观察组150名患者选用10 ml预冲式导管冲洗器冲封管,观察堵管发生率。结果生理盐水冲管再用肝素稀释液封管发生堵管5例,预冲式导管冲洗器冲封管堵管发生6例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组封管时间对比,观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预充式冲洗器改变了传统封管液配制流程,一次性使用的操作步骤也减少了工作量,减少了医疗资源消耗,且堵管率与传统肝素封管液无明显差异,更适用临床使用。Objective To observe the effect of pre-rinsing flusher on three-way valve PICC catheterization.Methods From January 2017 to May 2017,300 PICC catheter infusion patients from our department were randomized into a control group and an observation group.The control group consisted of 150 patients.The normal saline solution was used to wash the catheter and heparin diluent was used.To seal the tube,150 patients in the observation group used a 10 ml pre-flush catheter flusher to seal the tube and observe the incidence of blocked tube.Results There were 5 cases of pipe plugging in the saline flushing tube and heparin diluent sealing tube,and 6 cases occurred in the pre-flushing catheter flusher.The difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0.05）.However,the sealing time of the two groups was compared.The observation group was shorter than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The pre-filled flusher changed the preparation process of the traditional sealing fluid.The one-time operation also reduced the workload and reduced the consumption of medical resources.The plugging rate was not significantly different from the traditional heparin sealing fluid and was more suitable for clinical use.
