摘 要:在玻碳电极导电基底上电聚合生成棍状3,4-聚乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)作为固态接触层,利用滴涂法将以ETH9033为离子载体的选择性膜溶液涂于电极表面作为选择性透过膜,制备全固态氯离子选择性电极。将其作为工作电极,环形铂片作为辅助电极,与Ag/AgCl参比电极一起用PVC封装成氯离子传感器。通过测试,该氯离子传感器具有良好的选择性,检出限为10-4.7 mol/L。在10-1~10-5 mol/L范围里重复性相对标准差在0.15%以内,与商用Thermo Scientific氯离子电极检测值对比,响应电位偏差在0.5 mV以内。该方法设计出稳定的全固态氯离子传感器,对氯离子全固态电极以及氯离子检测的研究具有实际参考意义。A rod-like 3,4-polyethylenedioxythiophene PEDOT was produced as a solid contact layer by means of electro polymerization on a glassy carbon electrode conductive substrate.A selective membrane solution with ETH9033 was applied to the surface of the electrode as a selective permeation membrane by a drop coating method.Through these steps,the solid-state chloride ion selective electrode was successfully prepared.The ion electrode is used as a working electrode and the annular platinum sheet is used as an auxiliary electrode,together with the Ag/AgCl reference electrode,they are encapsulated into a chloride ion sensor with PVC.Through testing,the chlorine ion sensor has a good selectivity with a detection limit of 10-4.7 mol/L.Relative standard deviation within 0.15% within the range of10-1~10-5 mol/L.Compared with the commercial Thermo Scientific chloride ion electrode,the response potential deviation is within 0.5 mV.The stable solid-state chloride ion sensor designed by this method has practical reference significance for the study of chloride ion solid state electrode and chloride ion detection.
