摘　　要：低温流动性是柴油调和的重要性能指标之一,为满足当前生产要求以及追求更好的生产灵活性和经济效益,惠州石化对作为其主要产品之一的0号车用柴油调和方案做出调整,即用一定密度的EVA型降凝剂替代煤油的调入,从而得到具有良好低温流动性以及润滑性能的高质量0号国Ⅳ柴油的新调和方案。结果显示,EVA型降凝剂的调入能有效改善0号车用柴油的低温流动性能,降低其凝点和冷滤点,但降凝剂的加入也对脂肪酸型抗磨剂的润滑性能产生一定的负协同效应,即其分子表面的强碱性极性官能团与抗磨剂的酸性官能团发生中和反应,破坏抗磨剂胶体中心,增加了对金属表面的磨损。采用新调和方案后的车用柴油产品,其凝点、冷滤点及磨痕直径指标完全满足0号国Ⅳ柴油的质量标准要求,并最终为煤、柴油平衡乃至整个公司的物料平衡提供技术支持。Low temperature fluidity is one of the important performance indicators of diesel oil blending. In order to meet the current production requirements and improve the production flexibility and economic bene-fit,CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has made appropriate adjustments to the blending scheme of No.0 vehicle diesel oil,one of its main products.EVA pour point depressant with a certain density was blended instead of kerosene,so as to obtain a new blending scheme of high quality No.0 National Ⅳ diesel oil with good low temperature fluidity and lubrication property.The results show that the addition of EVA pour point depressant can effectively improve the low temperature fluidity of No.0 vehicle diesel oil and reduce its pour point and cold filter plugging point,but also has a certain negative cooperative effect on the lubrication property of fatty acid antiwear additive,i.e.,the strong alkaline polar functional group on its molecular surface neutralizes the acidic functional group of the antiwear additive to destroy the colloid center of the antiwear additive and increase the wear on the metal surface.Using the new blending scheme,the pour point,cold filter plugging point and wear scar diameter of the vehicle diesel oil can completely meet the quality standard requirements of No.0 National Ⅳ diesel oil,providing technical support for the balance of kerosene and diesel oil and even the material balance of the entire company.
