摘 要:基于聚氨酯防腐涂层/碳钢体系,进行人工氙灯加速老化试验及荧光紫外(UVA、UVB)光加速老化试验,通过颜色变化及失光率变化说明老化前后宏观性能的改变,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及衰减全反射-傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)分析老化前后微观形貌结构特征的变化。结果表明:在3种实验室光加速老化试验中,样品的色差均呈现上升趋势,而失光率的变化趋势差异显著;通过微观形貌结构分析样品的变化可知,氙灯加速老化试验中,聚氨酯前期以水解降解方式为主,老化后期发生光氧化降解;而荧光紫外加速试验以光氧化降解为主,UVA老化的光氧化降解主要发生在试验后期,UVB老化的光氧化降解主要发生在试验前期。Accelerated aging tests including Xe-lamp UVA and UVB are done on polyure- thane anticorrosion coating/carbon steel system. The aging procedure and aging mechanisms of T-018(RDG) are concluded based on macro-properties such as the color difference and the loss of gloss. The microstructure is shown by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Results show that the color difference can be seen an upward trend in every kind of laboratory accelerated aging tests, while the variation trend of the loss of gloss was significant. The results of microstructure analysis show that the hydrolysis degradation occurs noticeably at the beginning of Xe-lamp aging test and then photo oxidation degradation occurs noticeably. The photo oxidation degradation occurs in the late stage of the UVA test and in the early stage of the UVB test.
