摘  要:研究高铁动车组高压电缆接线端插件紫铜镀锡材料在海洋大气环境下的腐蚀行为具有重要意义。通过自然暴露、腐蚀失重、扫描电镜(SEM)形貌分析、能谱仪(EDS)、极化曲线、交流阻抗、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等方法,研究了紫铜镀锡材料在海洋大气环境下(青岛、万宁)暴晒不同时间(1,2 a)的腐蚀行为。结果表明:紫铜镀锡在青岛、万宁海洋大气环境下都发生了均匀腐蚀,表面失去光泽、分布有大小不一的颗粒状白色腐蚀产物;随暴露时间延长腐蚀产物覆盖率增加,自腐蚀电位降低,腐蚀电流密度增加,低频阻抗模值减小,腐蚀速率增加;暴晒2 a后(青岛、万宁)紫铜镀锡腐蚀产物主要由SnO、SnO_2、SnCl_2、SiO_2构成,腐蚀速率分别为6.73μm/a和7.32μm/a;万宁站腐蚀产物层致密性小,腐蚀严重,且腐蚀产物中含有物相Cu2(OH)3Cl;紫铜镀锡在万宁站暴晒后的腐蚀速率大于青岛站,海洋大气环境下腐蚀严重且表面腐蚀产物主要由锡的氧化物构成。Several melhods including natural exposure test, weight loss analysis and observation of scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to study the initial corrosion behaviors of copper tin plating materials in marine atmospheric environment (Qingdao, Wanning), exposed for different time ( 1, 2 a). Results showed that uniform corrosion behaviors occurred on the surface of copper tin plating materials in marine atmospheric environment ( Qingdao and Wanning) , and the surface was tarnished and distributed with uneven granular white corrosion products. The prolongation of exposure time led to the increased coverage of corrosion products, decreased corrosion potential, increased corrosion current density, decreased modulus of low frequency impedance, and increased corrosion rate. After experiment ( Qingdao and Wanning) for two years, the corrosion products were mainly consisted of SnO, SnO2, SnCl2 and SiO2, and the corrosion rates were 6.73 μm/a and 7.32 μm/a, respectively. Moreover, Wanning station had corrosion products with smaller density and more serious corrosion, and the corrosion products appeared Cu2 (OH)3 Cl. In conclusion, the corrosion rate of copper tin plating in Wanning station was greater than that of Qingdao station as well as the corrosion products in the marine atmosphere, and the surface corrosion products were mainly composed of SnO, SnO2 and SnCl2.
