摘 要:目前,鲜见利用活性氩弧熔覆技术制备高熵合金涂层的报道,采用粉煤灰活性氩弧熔覆工艺在Q235钢表面制备了Fe_xAlCoCrCuTi_(0.4)(x=0,1)高熵合金涂层,观察了涂层截面形貌,分析了显微组织和相结构,并对其硬度、冲蚀磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:Fe_xAlCoCrCuTi_(0.4)高熵合金涂层表面无气孔、裂纹等缺陷,活性剂的加入增大了基体对涂层的稀释作用,使涂层与基体呈良好的冶金结合,活性剂可有效增大熔池深宽比,有利于涂层更好的成形;涂层均是由BCC和FCC相构成,由于活性剂用量少,并没有其他复杂物质生成; x=1时,由于Fe元素含量较多,增强了固溶强化效果,提高了涂层的硬度和耐冲蚀性能,使涂层硬度最高可达495.6 HV2 N,冲蚀磨损性能可达基体的4.98倍。FexAlCoCrCuTi0.4(x = 0,1 )high entropy alloy coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by activating argon arc cladding of fly ash. The cross-section morphology of the coating was observed, and the microstructure and phase structure were analyzed. Moreover, the hardness and erosion resistance of the coating were also studied. Results indicated that the prepared coatings did not have pores, cracks or other defects. The addition of activating flux effectively increased the dilution effect of matrix on the coating, which was beneficial for the metallurgi- ca! bonding and the coating forming. The coating consisted of BCC and FCC phase, and no other complex substances were formed due to the small amount of activating flux. When x = 1, the solid solution strengthening effect was enhanced due to the more Fe content, and meantime the hardness and erosion resistance of the coating were improved, with the maximum hardness up to 495.6 HV2 N, and the erosion wear resistance was 4.98 times as high as the matrix.
