摘  要:保证储罐内防腐蚀设计的准确性及质量的可靠性是储罐安全运行的关键。依据相关标准规范和现场工况,对某700 m3原油储罐提出有机涂层和牺牲阳极组合设计的内防腐蚀关键参数以及现场施工安装的质量控制措施,并对其主要性能进行试验检测。结果显示:按照此防腐蚀设计和质量控制参数,该储罐运行3 a后,涂层整体完好,阳极块有部分消耗,确保了储罐的安全可靠运行。To ensure the accuracy of internal anti-corrosion design and reliability of quality is the key to storage tank' s safe operation. Based on the relevant standards and on-site processing analysis, the key parameters for internal anti- corrosion design which combined organic coating with the sacrificial anode, as well as the quality control of on-site construction and installation for crude oil storage tanks with volume of 700 m^3 were proposed. Besides, the main performances were tested. Results indicated that after operating for 3 years with aforementioned parameters, the overall coating of the tank was intact with trace anode consumption, which ensured the safety and reliability during operation of storage tanks.
