两种不规则抗体筛选红细胞试剂盒在Ortho抗球蛋白系统中的运用比较

摘　　要：目的比较2种不规则抗体筛选红细胞试剂盒在Ortho抗球蛋白系统中的运用情况。方法基于Ortho抗球蛋白系统的开放性,运用本科室购置的10种单克隆抗体试剂作为批间检查和对照标本。选取江阴力博和Ortho这2个品牌的不规则抗体筛选红细胞试剂盒4个不同批次。分别测定100例已知特异性的不规则抗体效价,分析在Ortho抗球蛋白系统中2个品牌试剂盒的检测能力。结果在Ortho抗球蛋白系统中检测100例患者标本时,2种不规则抗体筛选试剂盒的检测能力相比无明显差异。江阴力博剂试剂盒中抗-E检测能力高于Ortho试剂盒1个凝集强度,但是前者在检测抗-Fyb、-Jka、-S时,当抗体效价低于1∶4时存在漏检可能,后者未发现漏检情况。结论 2种不规则抗体筛选红细胞试剂盒均能运用于Ortho抗球蛋白系统中,但Ortho试剂盒有明显的性能优势和临床运用价值。Objective Comparing the application performance of two types of blood group irregular antibody screening kits on the Ortho anti-human globulin system. Methods Thanks to the versatile nature of the Ortho anti-human globulin system,11 types of monoclonal blood group antibodies reagents in our lab were selected as batch inspection and comparison samples. Selecting 4 different batches of Jiangyin Libo and Ortho blood group irregular screening kit to respectively detect the irregular antibody titer of 100 pre-confirmed samples to evaluate the detection capability of the two kits. Results No significant difference in the detection capability between the two were observed. In Jiangyin Libo irregular antibody screening of red blood cells,the anti-E antibody detection capability was 1 agglutination intensity higher than Ortho＇s. However,in the tests of anti-Fyb,-Jka,-S antibodies,the former reagent（ when antibody titer lower than 1 ∶4） may contain false detection while there was no false detection found in the latter. Conclusion Two kits can be both used in the Ortho anti-human globulin system. The Ortho irregular antibody screening kit has obvious performance advantage and clinical application value thanks to a lower false detection rate.
