摘 要:目的对秦皇岛地区农村献血者流失原因调查和电话再招募效果进行分析,为改进农村无偿献血者宣传招募与保留提供依据。方法于2017年1—6月统计并电话回访2012—2014年秦皇岛市所辖四县62个自然村中献血≥3次、且至2016年底未再献血的农民献血者,并对流失原因和招募效果统计分析。结果 2012—2014年流失农民献血者2 645人,其中接通电话的1 822人中有587人表示不愿再次献血,主要原因人在外地(20.61%),其次是年龄大或超龄(16.60%);表示愿意再次献血的1 235人中,流失原因主要是对献血淡忘(54.74%),其次是农活儿忙(31.74%);招募半年后履约成功献血658人,主要做法是回访后采血车跟进采血(74.01%)。结论血站应加强农村无偿献血宣传,有针对性地制定农民献血者招募策略,提升采集操作技能,改善献血环境,同时对农村流失献血者开展电话招募,在一定程度上能有效保留固定无偿献血者。Objective To investigate the potential cause for the decrease in blood donors in Qinhuangdao area. A telephone-based recruitment strategy is offered and analyzed to evaluate its effect on improving the recruitment and re-entry of voluntary blood donors in rural areas. Methods During January to June,2017,telephone calls were made to rural habitants ceasing donation with a donation record≥3. This operation included 62 natural villages of the Qinghuangdao City from 2012 to 2014. Statistical analysis was made based on the data acquired to investigate the causes of the decrease and evaluate the effect of recruitment. Results During 2012—2014,a total of 2 645 farmer donors ceased donating. 587 of the 1 822 people surveyed refused to continue donation due to location issues( 20. 61%),followed by age concerns accounting for 16. 60%.The rest 1 235 individuals were willing to donate blood again. Their inactivity was mainly caused by a decreasing trend of donation awareness,accounting for 54. 74%. Being occupied by agricultural activities came in second at 31. 74%. 6 months after the recruitment,658 donors previously surveyed had successfully donated blood again,which was mostly achieved by follow-up collection in donation vehicles,accounting for 74. 01% of the total cases. Conclusion Blood stations should strengthen the publicity of blood donation with specific promotion strategies for the rural population. Phone based recruitment for inactive donors,along with improved operation skills and donation environment,is capable of maintaining a regular donor group to some extent.
