摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在降低血浆不合理输注中的应用及效果。方法组建质量持续改进（CQI）小组,遵循PDCA循环活动步骤,分析临床血浆不合理输注的原因,制订相应的措施和对策。结果通过PDCA循环,临床血浆不合理输注明显降低,不合理输注率由活动前的10.18%,降低至2.82%。结论采用PDCA循环能有效降低临床血浆不合理输注,实现质量持续改进,促进临床合理用血。Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA Cycle on reducing inappropriate plasma transfusion.Methods A CQI（ Continual quality improvement） group was assembled. Following PDCA cycle steps,the potential causes of inappropriate plasma use in clinical transfusion were mapped out and corresponding counter measures were proposed.Results After the utilization of PDCA cycle,the rate of inappropriate plasma transfusion decreased from 10. 18% to 2. 82%. Conclusion PDCA Cycle can effectively reduce the rate of inappropriate clinical plasma transfusion and persistently improve the quality control management of clinical plasma transfusion,which ultimately promotes rational clinical blood transfusion.
