采供血机构开展输血医学伦理工作的实践经验

摘　　要：输血医学伦理作为医学伦理和输血医学的重要组成部分,越来越多的受到业内重视。2017年6月国际输血协会会员大会讨论通过了新版《输血医学伦理规范》,国家和地方卫生行政部门近年来先后发布了多个涉及医学研究伦理工作的法律法规,这些都为采供血工作遵循伦理规范起到了指导作用。北京市红十字血液中心自2009年正式成立了医学伦理委员会,健全组织结构、建立规章制度,并不断开展科研项目、临床研究项目和国际合作项目的审核工作,以及伦理课题研究、伦理宣教培训等工作,在采供血医学伦理领域进行了初步探索与实践。实践证明,采供血工作依法开展,用伦理学的观点和基本理论指导工作实践,才能促进采供血事业可持续发展。As an important part of medical ethics and blood transfusion medicine,blood transfusion medical ethics had drawn increasing attention in the industry. In June 2017,the general assembly of the international blood transfusion association discussed and passed the new version of the ethics code for blood transfusion medicine. In recent years,the national and local health administrative departments have issued several laws and regulations concerning the ethical work of medical research. These achievements served a guiding role in the ethical standard of blood supply well. Ever since the establishment of the medical ethics committee in 2009 by the Beijing Red Cross blood center,we＇ve been optimizing the organization structure and implementing rules and regulations. The reviews of scientific research projects,clinical research projects and international cooperation projects have also been our main focus. Apart from the research on ethical issues and education,preliminary explorations and practice were made in the field of medical ethics as well. The practice proves that the blood supply ought to be carried out according to laws and regulations. The applications of medical ethics and theories can be used to promote the sustainable development of blood supply.
