摘　　要：本文分享了国际献血者招募专业协会（ADRP）2017年年会上关于无偿献血宣传和招募的经验,特别是介绍了国外灵活多变的宣传和招募方式,以人为本、强调不同人群适用不同的方案;并与国内的各地因地制宜的宣传与招募模式作了比较,旨在学习国外无偿献血招募的创新理念及有效方法,改进国内存在的不足,推进我国无偿献血工作不断改善。This study shared the experiences of blood donation promotion and recruitment from the 2017 annual meeting of the Association of Donor Relations Professionals（ ADRP）. In particular,it introduced the flexible promotion and recruitment methods in foreign countries,which are people-oriented,emphasizing case-specific solutionsdifferent programs for different populations. It also compared and contrasted the promotion and recruitment patterns to the local conditions in China;This study aims to learn from the innovative recruitment ideas from other countries and improve our own deficiencies,which would ultimately enhance the blood donation in China.
