摘 要:光学延迟线的性能是人眼轴向参数快速、准确、大范围测量的重要因素。为提高光学延迟线性能,通过对旋转式延迟线扫描原理及等差光纤光程倍增原理的分析,提出了一种基于等差光纤组的旋转式光程扫描装置。从理论上推导了光程延迟距离公式并提出了一种光纤自标定方法。最后搭建测量实验系统,对延迟线的扫描频率、延迟距离、延迟线性度及光纤自标定的重复性精度四个方面的特性进行了测试和评估。测量结果表明,该延迟线的扫描频率达到14 Hz,最大延迟光程为127.442 mm,延迟线性度误差为0.15%。重复性精度优于0.004 mm。能够满足人眼轴向参数快速、准确、大范围测量的需求。The performance of the optical delay line is the important factor in the fast,accurate,and wide-range measurement of the axial parameters of the human eye. To enhance the performance of optical delay line,the principle of rotary delay line scanning and the optical path multiplication principle of optical fiber are analyzed. Then,one kind of rotary optical path scanning device based on the optical fiber bank is proposed. The optical path delay distance formula is deduced theoretically and a self-calibration method of optical fiber is realized. Finally,the experiment system is set up to test and evaluate the characteristics of the scanning frequency,delay distance,delay linearity and self-calibration repeatability. Experimental results show that the scanning frequency can reach 14 Hz,the maximum delay optical path is 127. 442 mm,and the delay linearity error is 0. 15%. The accuracy of repeatability is better than 0. 004 mm. It can meet the requirements of eye-axial parameters for fast,accurate and wide-range measurement.
