摘　　要：目的 研究半乳糖凝集素-3（galectin-3,Gal-3）及细胞因子IL-8,TNF-α在脓毒血症新生儿的表达.方法 收集102例新生儿2 mL外周血,提取外周血中的单个核细胞,ELISA法检测各组细胞因子（IL-8、TNF-α及Gal-3）表达水平.结果 健康足月儿与早产儿比较,足月儿体内Gal-3、TNF-α的表达水平与早产儿差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但IL-8的表达量明显高于早产儿,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.健康足月儿与脓毒症足月儿比较,脓毒症足月儿体内Gal-3、IL-8、TNF-α的表达量明显高于健康足月儿,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.健康早产儿与脓毒症早产儿相比,脓毒症早产儿体内Gal-3、IL-8、TNF-α的表达量明显高于健康早产儿,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 Gal-3在炎症反应中起着一定作用.Objective To study the expression of Gal-3, cytokine IL-8 and TNF-α in blood of neonates with sepsis. Methods 2 mL peripheral blood from 102 newborns was collected and the mononuclear cells in peripheral blood were extracted. The expression levels of cytokines （IL-8, TNF- α and Gal-3） in each group was detected by ELISA. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of Gal-3 and TNF- α between term infants and premature infants, but the expression of IL-8 was significantly higher than that of premature infants （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of Gal-3, IL-8 and TNF-α in term infants with sepsis was significantly higher than that in healthy term infants, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with healthy preterm infants, the expression of Gal-3, IL-8 and TNF-α in preterm infants with sepsis was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Gal-3 plays an important role in inflammatory reaction.
