摘　　要：羧甲淀粉钠溶液为富含羧甲淀粉钠的含糖溶液，羧甲淀粉钠是一种植物黏多糖，对免疫系统具有重要的调节作用。儿童的多种疾病均与免疫功能紊乱或免疫功能低下有关。迄今为止，已有多项研究表明，羧甲淀粉钠溶液可辅助治疗支气管哮喘、小儿反复呼吸道感染、支原体肺炎、口腔炎等小儿常见疾病，提高患儿机体免疫力，纠正免疫功能紊乱，缩短疾病病程，降低复发率。该综述旨在说明羧甲淀粉钠溶液可通过免疫调节作用，促进疾病的恢复，可广泛推广使用。The carboxymethyl starch sodium solution is a kind of sugar solution mainly containing carboxymethyl starch sodium, also called plant mucopolysaccharide. It plays an important role in the immune system regulation. Many children＇ s diseases are related to immune dysfunction or low immune function. So far, many studies have shown that carboxymethyl starch sodium solution would help to treat bronchial asthma, recurrent respiratory tract infection in children, mycoplasma pneumonia infection, stomatitis or other common diseases. It can also contribute to improving the children＇s immune system, regulating immune disorders, shortening the course of diseases and reducing the recurrence rate. The review aims to illustrate that carboxymethyl starch solution can promote recovery from disease through immune regulation and have the prospect of wide application.
