血清淀粉样蛋白A检测对成年人群早期预测流感疫苗接种效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨成人接种流感疫苗后血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)的变化及SAA对接种效果的预测意义。方法选取南京市南湖社区卫生服务中心2016~2017年45例受试者并分为三组,每组15人,分别接受甲型流感疫苗注射、乙型丙型流感联合疫苗注射、甲型乙型丙型流感三联疫苗注射,并于疫苗注射前、注射后6h、注射后24h三个时间点抽取静脉血检测SAA;疫苗注射后2周后抽血测流感抗体效价,分别与6h及24hSAA进行相关性分析。结果疫苗注射后6,24h三组间SAA变化水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疫苗注射2周后各受试者相应流感抗体效价与疫苗注射后6h内SAA变化水平无线性相关,与疫苗注射后24h内SAA变化水平呈线性相关。结论 SAA可作为成年人群流感疫苗注射效果的标志物,在短时间内预测注射效果。Objective To investigate the changes of serum amyloid protein A（SAA）after influenza vaccination in adults and the predictive significance of SAA on the inoculation effect.Methods From 2016 to 2017,45 subjects from Nanjing Nanhu Community Health Service Center were selected and divided into three groups,each group of 15 people,respectively,to accept A flu vaccine,B and C combined vaccine,A,B and C combined vaccine,at three time points：before the vaccination,6 hours after injection,24 hours after injection,extract venous blood serum for amyloid A measurement.The antibody titer was detected by 2 weeks after injection,and the correlation between serum amyloid A and influenza antibody titer was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in SAA levels between the 6 hand 24 hgroups after the injection（P〉0.05）.There was no linear correlation between the corresponding influenza antibody titer after 2 weeks of vaccine injection and SAA change level in 6 h,which was linearly correlated with the change level of SAA in 24 h.Conclusion SAA can be used as a marker for the efficacy of influenza vaccination in adults,and can predict the efficacy of influenza vaccination in a short period of time.
