摘 要:选取10层母线的上、中、下层微单元进行应力应变分析,并对各层母线在不同间隙下冲裁后的孔径尺寸、孔周边塌陷高度、毛刺进行对比分析。研究表明,叠层母线在冲裁初期,试件与单层母线冲裁变形情况相同,而在冲裁中后期,试件的裂纹扩展由软质凸、凹模刃口相交实现,并且各层母线的裂纹不能继续扩展到下一层;靠近最上层与最下层母线的冲孔直径与凸模直径相差小,孔径周边塌陷高度不明显、毛刺小,而中间层的母线冲裁质量较差;在冲裁中可以通过适当减小模具间隙和施加压边力来提高试件的冲裁质量。The upper,middle and lower microelements of the ten-layer busbar were selected for stress and strain analysis,the aperture,collapse height around the aperture and burr of each layer of busbar after blanking under different clearances were compared and analyzed.The results show that the deformation of laminated busbar is as same as that of single-layer busbar at the initial period of blanking,while in the middle and later period of blanking,the crack propagation of specimen is realized by the intersection of cutting edge of soft convex and concave die,and the cracks in the busbar of each layer cannot continue to extend to the next layer. The aperture near the top and bottom busbar is less different from the diameter of punch die,the collapse height around the aperture is not obvious and the burr is small,while the blanking quality of the middle layer is poor. The blanking quality of the specimen can be improved by reducing the clearance of the die and applying the blank holder force.
