摘 要:为探究泡沫铜夹层对单搭自冲铆接头力学性能的影响,采用AA5052铝合金作为基板,以单搭形式进行铆接,对比同质AA5052铝合金接头、加入0.5 mm泡沫铜夹层的接头以及加入1.5 mm泡沫铜夹层的接头,通过试验选择各组接头的最优铆接参数,分析了铆接接头截面的成形质量。基于拉伸-剪切试验研究了各组接头的静力学性能及其失效形式,并分析了其能量吸收性能。结果表明,在AA5052自冲铆单搭接头中加入泡沫铜夹层后的接头成形质量更优,接头的钉脚张开度和残余底厚均增大。拉伸-剪切试验过程中,泡沫铜夹层的加入会使板材弯曲变形程度更大,但降低了最大拉伸位移和能量吸收值。0.5 mm泡沫铜组接头载荷下降,1.5 mm泡沫铜组接头载荷上升。0.5 mm泡沫铜夹层可有效防止接头瞬间失效,具有良好的减震缓冲功能。In order to study the influence of copper foam inter-layer on the mechanical properties of single-lap self-piercing riveted(SPR)joints,AA5052 aluminum alloy was applied as the base board for riveting in single-lap form,and three different SPR joints including5052-5052、5052-5052 with copper foam inter-layer of 0. 5 and 1. 5 mm were compared. The optimal joining parameters were selected by experiment,and the forming quality of cross-section in riveted joints of each group was analyzed. Static strength,failure modes and energy absorption values were studied by using tensile-shear test. The results show that joint forming quality is better after adding foam copper inter-layer to the AA5052 single-lap self-piercing riveted joint,the opening degree and remaining bottom thickness of rivet both increase. In the tensile-shear test,the bending deformation of sheet is larger,but the maximum tensile displacement and energy absorption value decrease after adding copper foam inter-layer. The load of SPR joints with 0. 5 mm copper foam inter-layer decreases,and the load with 1. 5 mm copper foam inter-layer increases. The SPR joints with 0. 5 mm copper foam inter-layer can prevent the transient failure of the joints,and has good shock absorber function.
