La3+对盐胁迫下钝顶节旋藻色素含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:以内蒙古高原碱湖土著钝顶节旋藻为实验材料,用0.3 mol/L的Na Cl进行盐胁迫处理,研究了盐胁迫处理条件下不同浓度La3+对节旋藻生长速率,叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素含量以及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:La3+处理浓度为24.75μmol/L^40.98μmol/L处理4 d后,CAT、POD活性明显增强(P〈0.05);处理10 d,La3+处理浓度为8.31μmol/L^40.98μmol/L可促进节旋藻叶绿素a的合成,24.75μmol/L^57.01μmol/L处理组类胡萝卜素含量最高;不同La3+浓度处理组藻细胞的生长速率差异不显著(P〉0.05)。The effects of La3+on the growth rate,content of pigment and activity of antioxidant enzyme of Arthrospira in the Alkali lake of Erdos Plateau under 0. 3 mol/L Na Cl stress were studied by the physiological method. The results showed that the activities of CAT and POD enhanced when the concentration of La3+was 25 ~ 41 μmol/L treated for 4 d( P〈 0. 05); the concentration of La3+8 ~ 41 μmol/L could promote the content of chlorophyll a,and the content of carotenoid was the highest when the concentration of La3+was 25 ~ 41 μmol/L treated for 10 d; the difference of growth rate between different treatment group was not remarkable( P 〉0. 05).
