摘 要:通过向CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2体系中微量添加Nd2O3制备了一种耐酸性优良的陶粒支撑剂,并通过XRD和SEM等测试手段对样品耐酸机理进行了分析。实验结果表明,微量添加Nd2O3就能够明显提升压裂支撑剂的耐酸性能,酸溶解度最低值为0.43%,降低幅度达35.8%。添加Nd2O3能够改善显微结构、提高致密度并抑制耐酸性能较差的物相生成从而提高陶粒支撑剂耐酸性能。A kind of ceramic proppant with good acid resistance is prepared by doping a small amount of Nd2O3 in the CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system. The acid resistance mechanism of the product is analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the acid resistance of ceramic proppant can be improved effectively by doping Nd2O3,and the lowest value of acid solubility is 0. 43%,with decrease of 35. 8%. The addition of Nd2 O3 can improve the microstructure,enhance the density of the alumina ceramic and inhibit the formation of phases with poor acid resistance,thereby improving the acid resistance of ceramic proppants.
