摘 要:电动汽车用DC/DC变换器是将新能源车辆高压电池的高压直流转换为整车低压12V或24V电瓶需要的低压直流电,对低压电池进行充电的同时,供电给整车所有低压电气零部件使用。文中针对电动物流专用车,设计出一款额定功率1.8kW,输出电压14V的DC/DC变换器。变换器采用LLC技术,可实现开关管全负载范围内的软开关,同时采用同步整流技术,减小了变换器的损耗,提高了电源效率,最终研制出一台最高效率达到95%以上的DC/DC变换器样机。The DC/DC converter for electric vehicles is the conversion of high voltage direct current of new energy vehicle high voltage battery to low voltage direct current required by low-voltage 12 Vor 24 Vbattery.It is provided to all low voltage electrical parts for the whole vehicle while charging the low voltage battery.In this paper,a DC/DC converter with rated power 1.8 kW and output voltage of 14 V was designed for special purpose electric vehicle.The converter used the LLC technology to realize the soft switch in the full load range of the switch tube.At the same time,the synchronous rectifier technology was used to reduce the loss of the converter and improve the efficiency of the power supply.Finally,a prototype of the DC/DC converter with the maximum efficiency of more than 95% was developed.
