摘　　要：内镜下逆行胆胰管造影术(ERCP)于1968年由美国学者William McCune率先报道,如今刚好走过了半个世纪的历程。中国ERCP始于20世纪70年代,随着操作技术的不断改进、内镜及其附属器械的迅速发展,ERCP逐步成为胆胰疾病的重要诊治手段,开创了中国胆胰疾病介入诊治的新局面。文章就中国ERCP技术发展历程做一回顾及展望。Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） was first reported by William McCune in 1968, and has undergon（ development for 50 years. EKCP was started in China in the 1970s, and evolved over decades. It has become the vital therapeutic modality for pancreaticobiliary diseases, opening up new era for interventional treatment of pancreaticobiliary diseases in China. Here we recall the history of ERCP in China, and establish future prospects.
