摘  要:采用爆炸焊接法对AL-6XN超级不锈钢与Q345R钢进行焊接,对复合钢板进行消除爆炸应力热处理。为保证焊接接头力学性能和耐蚀性能,复合钢板过渡层和覆层选用不同焊接材料和焊接方法进行试验,并对不同热处理温度下的复合钢板力学性能和耐蚀性能进行测试分析。结果表明,AL-6XN+Q345R复合钢板宜选择中温消除爆炸应力。复合钢板焊接工艺制定时,其过渡层和覆层应优先采用ERNi Cr Mo-3的氩弧焊工艺,以满足设备制造技术要求。AL-6XN super stainless steel and Q345R steel were welded by explosion welding, and the explosive stress of clad steel plate was eliminated by heat treatment. Different welding method and welding materials for transition layer as well as surface layer were tested to ensure the mechanical and corrosion resistance property of the welding joint. Mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the clad steel plate under different heat treatment temperatures were tested and analyzed. The results showed that medium temperature of stress relieving heat treatment should be selected to eliminate explosion stress of AL-6XN and Q345R clad steel plate. TIG welding with ERNiCrMo-3 consumable should be preferred in the preparation of transition layer and surface layer to meet the requirements of equipment manufacturing.
