优质护理在脊柱骨折内固术中的护理效果及并发症发生率分析

摘　　要：以探讨优质护理在脊柱骨折内固术中的护理效果及并发症发生情况为目的,选择100例在我院骨外科接受内固定术的脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其平均分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例,对对照组患者实施常规护理干预,对试验组患者在常规护理干预的基础上给予优质护理干预,比较两组并发症的发生情况、护理满意度及患者生活质量。结果:试验组并发症的发生例数小于对照组,护理满意度及患者生活质量得分高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可减少脊柱骨折内固术患者并发症的发生并提升护理满意度及患者生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。In order to investigate the nursing effect and complications of high-quality nursing in the internal fixation of spinal fractures,100 patients with spinal fractures who underwent internal fixation in our department of orthopedic surgery were selected as subjects. The average score was divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The patients in the experimental group were given quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The occurrence of complications and nursing of two groups were compared. The number of complications in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group. The satisfaction of nursing and the quality of life of the patients were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Quality nursing can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with spinal fractures and improve the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
