摘　　要：随着中国经济的迅猛发展,油气缺口日益扩大,为了实现能源进口多元化战略,开展对东南亚国家油气投资成为我国能源合作重要内容。该文以"一带一路"倡议下中国与东南亚各国油气合作为研究对象,从政治、经济、法律等角度分析中国对东南亚国家油气投资风险,认为我国在开展对东南亚能源合作过程中,应充分认识合作风险,规避投资不当所带来的巨额损失。With the rapid development of China’ s economy, there is an increasing demand for gas andpetroleum. Investing gas and petroleum in southeast Asian countries is becoming an important task for our energycooperation to realize the diversification strategy of energy import. This essay tries to analyze China’ s investmentrisks in Southeast Asian countries from the perspectives of politics, economy, technology and laws under the Beltand Road Initiative, and considers that while we are cooperating with Southeast Asian countries in the area ofenergy, we should clearly understand the risks and avoid great loss from irrational investment.
