公共场所视频监控预警系统的应用

摘　　要：依靠人工监控视频画面,查找犯罪线索,存在信息庞杂、侦查警力不足及工作效率较低等问题。而视频监控预警系统在公共场所的广泛应用,可通过人脸识别、微表情识别及行为分析对目标人群进行比对,实现监控视频有效信息的归纳和浓缩,为侦查破案提供便利。并在预警分析、线索管理、预防和打击犯罪方面具有明显优势,高准确性,强隐蔽性及高效率使其符合监控技术发展和实务发展的需求,具有重要的应用价值。Relies on artificial monitoring of video pictures and serching for crime clues, which witnesses multifarious and disorderly information, insufficient police strength and low work efficiency. Video monitoring and warning system conducts comparison of the target groups through face identification, facial expression recognition and behavioural analysis, summarizes and concentrates the effective information in monitoring videos, greatly facilitating investigation and case hadling. With obvious advantages in warning analysis, clues management and preventing and striking crimse,along with high accuracy, strong concealment and high efficiency, the video monitoring and warning system conforms to monitoring technology development and practical development, and thus is of significant application value.
