摘　　要：目的探析DNA免疫吸附血液灌流器治疗狼疮性肾炎的效果。方法 48例狼疮性肾炎患者,根据随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用DNA免疫吸附血液灌流器治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐优于治疗前,观察组患者尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为12.50%,对照组为4.17%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用DNA免疫吸附血液灌流器治疗狼疮性肾炎可获得理想的治疗效果,且患者不良反应发生率低,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of DNA immunoadsorbent hemoperfusion apparatus in the treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods A total of 48 patients with lupus nephritis were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution, 24 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drugs therapy, the observation group was given DNA immunoadsorbent hemoperfusion apparatus for treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the urinary protein quantification, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, the urinary protein quantification, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.50%, and that in the control group was 4.17%, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of DNA immunoadsorbent hemoperfusion apparatus in the treatment of lupus nephritis can achieve ideal therapeutic effects, and with low incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of further promotion and application.
