延续性护理对慢性肾脏病患者自我管理能力及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析延续性护理对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者自我管理能力及肾功能的影响效果。方法 82例CKD患者,随机分为A组和B组,各41例。A组给予延续性护理,B组给予常规护理。比较两组患者的自我管理能力与肾功能情况。结果 A组出院时的自我管理能力优良率为56.10%,B组为51.22%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组出院6个月的自我管理能力优良率为90.24%,B组为70.73%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组肾小球滤过率(e GFR)水平均高于护理前,且A组高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为CKD患者行延续性护理可显著改善其自我管理能力与肾功能,具有较高的临床应用价值,可推广。Objective To analyze the influence effect of continuous nursing on self-management ability and renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD）. Methods A total of 82 CKD patients were randomly divided into group A and group B, 41 cases in each group. Group A received continuous nursing, Group B received conventional nursing. The self-management ability and renal function between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of self-management ability in group A was 56.10% at discharge, compared with 51.22% in group B, there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. The excellent and good self-management ability of group A after six months of discharge was 90.24%, that in group B was 70.73%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the level of glomerular filtration rate（e GFR） in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the level of e GFR in group A was significantly higher than that in the group B, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing for patients with CKD can significantly improve their self-management ability and renal function, which has high clinical value and can be popularized.
