调匝式消弧线圈调档故障的缺陷处理与分析

摘　　要：对某供电公司发生的10kV调匝式消弧线圈不能调档故障进行分析,发现消弧线圈分接开关的指示轴根部断裂、指示轴首端触头间连接线脱落、电机飞盘上零件跌落和枪机快速释放机构拉簧断裂是导致几起消弧线圈调档失败的主要原因。最后,从备件质量管控和维护检修方面给出措施和建议,对故障进行处理。This paper analyzes the failure of the 10 kV rewinding arc elimination coil that can not be re-gear in a power supply company. It is found that the main reasons for the failure of the gear adjustment of the arc suppression coil are the fracture of the root of the indicator shaft, the loss of the connecting lines between the contacts at the first end of the indicator shaft, the fall of parts on the motor frisbee and the breaking of the pull-off mechanism of the bolt mechanism. Finally, the measures and suggestions are given from the aspects of spare parts quality control and maintenance, and the fault is dealt with.
