摘　　要：大数据技术的成熟和广泛应用,以及人工智能取得的突出进展,逐渐改变了人们的生活方式,并使得人们对未来生态产生了新的憧憬。大数据、人工智能等新兴技术与软件业发展密不可分,给软件业的发展带来了新的市场需求,并为软件业转型升级提供了技术支撑。我国软件市场有望迎来新一轮的增长。为此,必须不断提升创新发展能力,抢占产业发展主导权;强化应用落地推广,培育行业融合发展;构建产业生态体系,形成创新引领发展模式;坚持开放创新道路,提升国际化发展水平。The mature and extensive application of large data technology,as well as the outstanding progress made by artificial intelligence have gradually changed the way of people′s life,and made people have a new vision for the future ecology.The development of big data,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies is closely related to the development of software industry,which brings new market demand for the development of software industry and provides technical support for the transformation and upgrading of the software industry.China′s software market is expected to usher in a new round of growth.Therefore,we must constantly improve the ability of innovation and development,seize the dominant power of industrial development,strengthen the application and promotion of the industry,cultivate the industrial integration development,build an industrial ecological system,form an innovation-led development model,adhere to the road of opening and innovation,and improve the level of internationalization development.
