摘　　要：介绍目前在电网送电线路工程施工中基础土石方开挖时爆破技术的使用情况,阐述静力爆破的概念、原理、特点、施工流程及在电网送电线路工程应用中的安全、环保措施,最后探讨静力爆破在电网送电线路工程预算定额中的计算。This paper introduces the application of blasting technology in the excavation of earthwork and stonework in the construction of transmission line,and explains the concept,principle,characteristics,construction process of static blasting and the safety and environmental protection measures in the application of transmission line project.Finally,the computation of static blasting in the quota of budget for transmission line project is discussed.
