摘 要:目前的保险管熔断特性测试仪大多采用低压大电流的模拟测试方式,与实际应用环境相差很大,不利于测试防爆特性,导致保险管应用过程中出现偏差。为使保险管熔断特性测试参数更接近实际,研究了一种阶梯阻抗变流电路+预恒流测试的保险管熔断特性测试方法,并采用STM32F103芯片为控制器设计了保险管熔断特性测试系统。试验结果表明,该系统不仅能在市电环境下直接测量,使测试环境接近应用环境,而且能测试保险管的熔断时间与防爆特性,输出电流范围涵盖0.03~50A,具有导通角开启可控、快速变电切换、记录熔断时间和精确输出测试电流的功能。At present, most fusing characteristic of the fuse testers use low voltage large current simulation testing meth od. They have a great difference in practical application environment and they can't test explosion-proof peculiarity of the fuse, which leads to deviation in the practical application. In order to the realistic needs for testing fusing characteristic of the fuse, a method of stepped impedance converter circuit with the constant current in advance to test fusing characteristic of the fuse was proposed. The STM32F103 chip was used as the controller and a fusing characteristic of the fuse test sys tern was designed. The experimental results showed that the system could not only direct measurement under practical en vironment and make the test environment close to the application environment, but also test fusing time and explosio-proof peculiarity of the fuse. The system could output current range 0.03 - 50A. It also has the function of controllable open conduction angle, rapid transformation and switch electric current, recording the melting time and exact output the test current.
