摘 要:采用三维正交机织玻纤织物和双轴向经编玻纤织物分别为增强体,环氧树脂(E-2511-1A)/固化剂(2511-1BT)混合液(质量比为100∶30)为基体,利用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺成型,制备两种复合材料试样。然后,对试样进行0°和90°方向的压缩试验,并比较试样的当量压缩性能。结果表明,双轴向经编玻纤复合材料0°方向的当量压缩断裂强度比三维正交机织玻纤复合材料提高4. 90%,三维正交机织玻纤复合材料90°方向的当量压缩断裂强度比双轴向玻纤复合材料提高23. 40%,而双轴向经编玻纤复合材料0°、90°方向的当量压缩模量分别比三维正交机织玻纤复合材料提高35. 71%、64. 00%。With 3 D orthogonal woven glass fiber fabric and biaxial warp-knitted glass fiber fabric respectively used as the reinforcement,and the mixture( mass ratio being 100 ∶ 30) of E-2511-1 A epoxy resin with 2511-1 BT curing agent used as the matrix,two kinds of composite samples were prepared by the vacuum assisted resin transfer molding process. Then,the compression experiments along 0° direction and 90° direction of the samples were conducted,and the normalized compressive properties of the samples were compared. The results showed that,the normalized compression fracture strength along the 0° direction of the biaxial warp-knitted glass fiber composites was 4. 90%higher than that of the 3 D orthogonal woven glass fiber composites,and the normalized compression fracture strength along the 90° direction of the 3 D orthogonal woven glass fiber composites was 23. 40% higher than that of the biaxial warp-knitted glass fiber composites, while the normalized compression moduli along the 0° direction and the 90° direction of the biaxial warp-knitted glass fiber composites were respectively 35. 71% and64. 00% higher than those of the 3 D orthogonal woven glass fiber composites.
