摘 要:为解决传统方法分析林区职工家庭对搬迁行为选择的选择偏差,借助倾向得分匹配法处理家庭样本的内生性问题。同时使用2016年7~8月东北、内蒙古重点国有林区民生状况监测数据,构建林区职工民生福祉评价体系,通过模糊综合评价和倾向得分匹配的方法,对其进行计量实证分析。结果表明,搬迁有利于山上职工家庭福祉的增进,实现帕累托改进,对其健康福祉、安全福祉和社会福祉也有显著的、正向的影响,同时对基本物质福祉和精神福祉的影响不显著。In order to solve the traditional method of analyzing the selection bias of the family members in the forest area on the choice of relocation behavior, the propensity score matching method is used to deal with the endogeneity of the family sample. At the same time, using the monitoring data of the people's livelihood in the key state-owned forest areas in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia from July to August2016, the evaluation system of the people's livelihood and welfare of the forest workers was constructed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the tendency score matching method were used to measure the evidence. The results show that the relocation is conducive to the improvement of the welfare of the mountain workers, achieving Pareto improvement, and has a significant and positive impact on their health and well-being, safety and well-being, and the impact on basic material well-being and spiritual well-being.
