创业团队文化多样性对创业绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：以创业资源整合能力为调节变量,分析创业团队文化多样性、创业绩效和创业资源整合能力三者的相关关系。通过对以往创业团队文化多样性、创业资源整合能力还有创业绩效相关的理论分析为基础,分析了资源整合能力对两者关系的影响,运用SPSS22.0统计软件对数据进行描述性分析、信、效度检验、回归分析、调节作用分析,对研究假设进行检验并对研究结果进行分析讨论,从创业团队文化多样性、创业资源整合能力的视角提出了相关优化策略。Based on the integration of entrepreneurial resources, this paper analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurial team cultural diversity, entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial resource integration ability. Based on the theoretical analysis of the previous entrepreneurial team＇s cultural diversity,entrepreneurial resource integration ability and entrepreneurial performance, it analyzes the impact of resource integration ability on the relationship between the two, and uses SPSS22.0 statistical software to descriptive analysis and data., validity test, regression analysis, adjustment function analysis, test hypothesis and analysis of research results. And this paper proposes relevant optimization strategies from the perspective of entrepreneurial team cultural diversity and entrepreneurial resources integration ability.
