摘 要:基于工业4.0中智能物流的理念,本团队研发一款物流仓储机器人无线充电装置。物流仓储机器人是物流业面向高效、智能方向的产物,而物流仓储机器人无线充电装置是对物流仓储机器人以无线充电技术进行充电,将物流仓储机器人与无线传能两种新兴技术相结合,以达到"个性化充电"、"高效快充"等效果,并且可实现物流仓储机器人"无电池化"的效果;该装置体积小巧、结构简单、使用方便,能够满足当下智能物流仓储对于充电装置的需求。Based on the concept of intelligent logistics in Industry 4.0, the team developed a wireless charging device for logistics storage robot. Logistics storage robot is the product of logistics industry facing high efficiency and intelligent direction, and the wireless charging device of logistics storage robot is to charge the logistics storage robot with wireless charging technology. The logistics storage robot and wireless energy transmission technology are combined to achieve the effect of "personalized charging" and "efficient quick charging", and the effect of "non-battery" logistics storage robot can be realized. The device has the advantages of small size, simple structure and convenient use, and can meet the demand of the current intelligent logistics storage for the charging device.
