摘  要:对西安市多座城市污水处理厂滤布滤池的应用情况进行分析发现:滤布滤池在应用中普遍存在有效抽吸面积较小、抽吸能力不足,从而导致滤布清洗不干净,过滤能力降低的现象和有效过滤时间短的问题。通过长期运行研究:采用提高水泵的扬程,增加单个吸污盘面积和增加电动阀门个数的措施,可提高滤布滤池的反抽吸能力进而提高了过滤能力并延长了有效过滤时间。The application of clothmedia filter in several municipal wastewater treatment plants in Xi'an is analyzed. It is found that the effective suction area of clothmedia filter is generally small and the suction capacity is insufficient, which lead to unclean filter cloth. The phenomenon of reduced filtration capacity and the problem of short effective filtration time. Through the long-term operation research: the measures of increasing the pump head, increasing the area of a single sewage sucker and increasing the number of electric valves can improve the antisuction capacity of the clothmedia filter, thus improving the filtration capacity and prolong the effective filtration time.
