摘  要:运用六西格玛方法对影响RO纯水制备系统产水量的因素进行了分析。通过要因分析、回归分析和残差分析等数据分析方法,确定影响纯水产量的关键因素为进水浊度、浓水流量、一级压差等,并分析了它们对纯水产量的影响程度。通过采取相关改进和控制措施,稳定提高了纯水制备系统的产水量,达到少开纯水制备机组,降低生产成本的目的。Six sigma method and analysis tools are used to identify and analyze the factors that affect the water yield of RO pure water equipment.The key factors which affect the water yield were the influent turbidity,the concentration water flow rate and the first grade pressure difference,according to the data analysis method of cause analysis,regression analysis and residual analysis.How these factors influence the pure water yield was also analyzed.The relevant improvement measures were taken to improve the production of pure water system,and to achieve the goal of less pure water production cost.
