摘　　要：针对网络论坛中水军的特点,提出了一种基于特定话题的网络水军识别方法。分析了网络水军的用户名特征、注册时间特征、回帖时间特征、关注度特征、回复频度特征、话题回复特征、负面情感特征,并给出了相应的计算方法。对网络论坛中的用户,根据特征建立向量空间模型,利用机器学习中的分类方法对用户进行分类。实验结果表明,所提出的水军识别方法,准确率和召回率都有一定的提高,能有效识别针对特定话题的网络水军。According to the features of＂water army＂in web forums,a recognition method of＂water army＂based on specific topic is proposed.The features of username,registration time,reply time,attention rate,frequency of replies,topic response,negative emotion are analyzed,and the corresponding calculation methods are given.According to the features,vector space model of user in the web forums is constructed,and the users are classified by machine learning.The experimental results show that the accuracy and recall have been improved according to the＂water army＂identification method proposed in this paper,and can effectively identify＂water army＂based on special topics.
