摘 要:办学定位趋同是我国地方本科院校面临的普遍实践性难题。近年来,许多高校都在思考如何对自身进行重新定位并追求各自的办学特色。通过对中原工学院办学定位和特色发展的沿革分析得出:外部环境尤其是政策环境的变化对学校的办学定位影响巨大,外部环境和自身条件决定了学校的办学定位;学校进行定位完善的过程其实也是学校不断明晰办学特色的过程,传承传统特色和优势是学校特色发展的基础;经济社会需求和本校优势(包括潜在优势)的交汇点是学校的最佳定位。校友问卷调查结果显示,学校完善后的办学定位和据此制订的特色发展规划得到了广泛认可。The convergence of school running orientation is a practical problem commonly faced by local universities in China.In recent years,many colleges and universities are thinking about how to reposition and pursue their own characteristics.Through the analysis of the evolution of the orientation and characteristics of school running in Zhongyuan University of Technology,it is concluded that the changes in the external environment,especially the policy environment,have great influence on the school orientation,and the external environment and its own conditions determine the orientation of the school.The study of the development of school development planning has found that the process of improving the school's positioning is also the process of the school's constant clear characteristics,and the inheritance of traditional features and advantages is the basis for determining the development of school characteristic.Firmly grasping the intersection of economic and social needs and advantages of the school,including potential advantages,can best position the school.The results of the alumni questionnaire show that the positioning of the school and the characteristic development plan formulated accordingly have been widely recognized.
