摘　　要：目的了解社区女性干部的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为进一步开展心理健康促进提供依据。方法用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取6家街道891名全部在岗的社区女性干部为调查对象,采用自制的一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和生活事件量表(LES)进行问卷调查;采用方便抽样法对部分社区女性干部和居委管理者分别作专题访谈。结果社区女性干部SCL-90总分(136.77±77.76)及强迫、焦虑等因子的均分高于全国常模;SCL-90量表筛查的总阳性率为15.64%。SCL-90筛查阳性者的生活事件单位(LEU)均值为(56.53±16.85),高于SCL-90量表筛查阴性者(41.34±11.34)(P<0.01);SCL-90筛查阳性者的慢性疾病患病率为24.44%,高于SCL-90筛查阴性者的14.15%。多数社区女干部在访谈中反映:社区日常工作条线多、工作量大,是影响社区女性干部心理健康的主要压力源。结论社区女性干部的心理健康问题需要引起关注。Objective To understand the status of mental health among community female cadresand its influencing factors, to provide the basis for further development of mental health promotion. MethodsBy cluster random sampling method, 891 female cadres of all in-service in six streets were survey byself-designed general questionnaire, the self-rating symptom （SCL-90）, and the life events scale （LES）. Byfacilitate sampling methode, some female cadres and manager in communities were conducted by subjectinterviews. Results The score of SCL-90 （136.77±77.76）, and the scores of forced and anxiety factors ofcommunity female cadres were above the national norm scores; the screening positive rate of SCL-90 scale was15.64%. The mean of life event unit （LEU） for SCL-90 positive population was 56.53±16.85, and higher thanthat of SCL-90 negative population （41.34±11.34, P〈0.01）; the prevalence of chronic diseases in SCL-90positive population was 24.44%, and higher than 14.15% of SCL-90 negative population screening patients.The majority of female cadres in the interview reflected that community work had many lines and heavyworkload, was the main stressor affecting the psychological health of the female cadres in the community.Conclusion The mental health problems of female cadres in community should be paid attention to.
