摘　　要：目的通过研究建立一套适应上海市健康素养评价需求的传染病健康素养评价题库,为科学、系统、稳定地评价市民健康素养水平,推进上海市健康教育与健康促进事业的可持续发展奠定理论与实践基础。方法通过概念界定、确定核心指标、采集和整理题目、确定题目难度值、对题目和问卷进行信度与效度检验等,逐步建立有效题库。结果建立包含近40种法定传染病的预防核心内容,覆盖判断、单选、多选等多种题型,涵盖了健康知识、健康基本技能和健康生活方式等多个角度,包含3881道有效题目的"上海市传染病健康素养标准化题库"。结论传染病健康素养标准化题库的建立能够有效应用于健康教育网络人员实际工作的指导,并为今后的信息化出题系统提供内容、模块依据和基础,为上海市传染病健康素养监测工作奠定了的基础。Objective To set up a test bank of health literacy on infectious diseases which meets theneeds of the Shanghai’s health literacy evaluation, so as to lay a theoretical and practical foundation of scientific,systematic and stable evaluation of the health literacy level of citizens, which promotes the sustainabledevelopment of health education and health promotion in Shanghai. Methods By the procedure of definingconcepts, determining the core index, collecting and arranging topics, determining the difficulty value of theitems, and testing the reliability and validity of the questions and questionnaires, a valid question bank isgradually established. Results A test bank included 3881 valid items, which named “Shanghai City HealthLiteracy Standard Infectious Disease Item Bank”, had been found concluding the core content about almost 40kinds of legal infectious diseases. The test bank covered many kinds of questions such as judgment,single-selection or multiple-selection, and covered many kinds of aspects such as health knowledge, healthbasic skills, healthy lifestyle and so on. Conclusion The establishment of the standardized questionnairesfor the health education of infectious diseases can be effectively applied to the guidance of the practical work ofthe health education system and can set up the accordance and foundation for the content and module ofinformatic testing system in the future, which lays the foundation further for health literacy evaluation oninfectious diseases in Shanghai.
